Partnership Offer Agreement

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Organizer provides the Partner with access to the http://Tourist.com platform for publishing offers and participating in the discount program.

1.2. The Partner undertakes to provide Tourist users (holders of the card/app) with discounts and benefits for their goods or services in the amount agreed between the parties.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Organizer shall:

  • ensure the technical capability for publishing information about the Partner on the platform;
  • inform users about available Partner offers;
  • provide the Partner with access to a personal account for offer management and statistics.

The Partner shall:

  • provide discounts/benefits to Tourist users without additional conditions, except those specified in the offer;
  • guarantee the accuracy of information regarding their goods and services;
  • bear responsibility for the quality of the provided goods and services.

3. Financial Terms

3.1. The Organizer does not charge any agency commission for users’ use of discounts.

3.2. Participation in the program is free of charge for the Partner. Any additional advertising services are subject to separate payment.

4. Liability of the Parties

4.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for the quality of the Partner’s goods or services.

4.2. The Partner shall bear full responsibility towards users for the services provided.

5. Term and Termination

5.1. The Agreement comes into force upon acceptance by the Partner (registration on the website http://partners.tourist.com and publication of an offer).

5.2. Either party may terminate the Agreement by notifying the other party at least 14 calendar days in advance.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. This Agreement constitutes a public offer in accordance with applicable civil legislation.

6.2. Acceptance of the Agreement shall be deemed completed upon the Partner’s registration on the http://Tourist.com platform.

6.3. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in the court of the Organizer’s jurisdiction.
